2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
* Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback
* Respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid project delays
* Ensure they have the rights to any content, images, music, or materials provided to Rebrand x Reese
Delays caused by missing information or feedback may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of Rebrand x Reese.
3. Payments and Fees
* All pricing is communicated upfront and agreed upon before work begins
* Payments may be required in full or in installments, as outlined in your invoice or contract
* Late or missed payments may result in paused services
* All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Third-party payment processors are used to securely handle transactions.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom and creative nature of our services:
* Refunds are not guaranteed
* Deposits are non-refundable
* Cancellations must be submitted in writing
For ongoing services, cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
* Rebrand x Reese retains ownership of all original concepts, drafts, and designs until full payment is received
* Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights for final deliverables
Rebrand x Reese reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Revisions
Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your agreement or package. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.
7. Wedding Content Creation Disclaimer
Rebrand x Reese provides wedding content creation services for personal, social media use. We are not responsible for:
* Professional photography or videography outcomes
* Missed moments due to scheduling changes or venue restrictions
* Platform outages or technical issues
Clients are responsible for obtaining any venue permissions required for content capture.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rebrand x Reese will not be liable for:
* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
* Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
* Platform changes (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, website hosts) that affect performance
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
9. Third-Party Platforms
We may work with or recommend third-party platforms (e.g., social media platforms, hosting services, payment processors). Rebrand x Reese is not responsible for changes, outages, or policies imposed by these third parties.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law or permission is granted in writing.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:
* Violates these Terms
* Engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior
* Fails to make payments
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/province in which Rebrand x Reese operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
